Easter Music
I meant to post this BEFORE this past weekend, but I forgot. This seems like a good place for it.
I really like this song, and how it simply captures the idea of Jesus' life and death and resurrection.
From the 2006 Christmas CD. If the player doesn't work in your browser, I think you should be able to get the song here.

OK... so here I am listening when all of a sudden it dawns on me in a blinding flash of inspiration...
2006 CD???? This... is... Autumn... and... FTN... singing... together!
Very cool, guys. My compliments to both of you. Autumn has a very pure, clear voice. Beautiful. And FTN rocked out the Alt. tones with some nice throaty gravelly bits. I like!
Well now it feels like I've misled ya'all.
Our Christmas CDs occasionally have some "special guests." You know, like how on all of the rap CDs, every song has a different singer?
Well as I've mentioned before, I really don't sing much. I played all the instruments in this one, but I didn't sing. Sorry. So yes, that is Autumn singing, but that's also a couple other friends of ours singing with her. And not me.
Now if you ever hear me sing, it'll be quite the letdown for you. :-)
Hey, you can't do it all, right? Quadruple threat?
I still enjoyed the song. Give Autumn my compliments... and your friends, too!
Although this does cramp my vision of you and Autumn singing in tandem whilst cooking dinner... darn.
Oh, and kudos on the instrumentation and mixing, too, no doubt. No small feat, either!
Thanks. I'll be sure to pass on the compliment... Although my friends might wonder what I'm talking about. "Your singing is being heard internationally. Congratulations."
I'm most proud of my shaker egg on this song. I rocked the shaker egg.
Most of my singing during dinner involves my stellar Elvis impression, which Autumn doesn't care for in the least. It impresses the kids, though.
Yeah, please tell Autumn for me that she has a lovely voice.
Nice song; thanks.
I'm always late to the party. There has to be some way for me to get an email whenever a blog I visit has a new post, right?
Anyway, thanks for sharing the song FTN, great execution. Autumn sounds great, clear, and the shaker is exquisite.
Desmond and RS... Thanks.
RS: Have you tried Bloglines? Or some feed reader, a blog aggregator? Just an idea.
